Bbq Bacon Cheeseburger Pickle Poppers

Start off by cooking down the ground beef and season with the burger seasoning. Add some of the bbq sauce and give it a mix. Add to a bowl with the cheese, onion, and bbq rub. Mix. Next cut the pickles in half lengthwise. Scrape out the pickles to make a boat, and pack with the beef mixture. Wrap each one in a slice of bacon and season with brown sugar. Throw on the pellet grill or oven at 275F for 45 minutes. Brush with bbq and cook for another 15-30.
