Jalapeño Popper Pasta Salad

Start off by boiling your pasta. Drain and rinse with cold water, then let cool and dry. While you wait, slice up the bacon and throw in a cold pan. Turn the heat on to medium and cook until just crispy. Set aside. Next add the cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, and ranch to a bowl and mix. Then add some milk to thin out to the desired consistency. Add the bacon, jalapeños, onions, cheese, and dressing to the pasta and mix. Add some fresh cracked black pepper and your favorite bbq rub. Mix and taste to see if you need more seasoning. Throw in the fridge overnight (don’t skip this). The next day top with the garnish and serve chilled.
