Bbq Bacon Cheeseburger Sliders

Start off by cutting up the bacon into pieces. Throw it into a cold pan and cook down until just crispy. Set it aside.

Next cook down the onion in some bacon fat. Once the onion is almost done, throw in the ground beef. Chop it up, season it, and cook it down. Blot up some of the grease.

Then add the bacon back in with some bbq sauce. Give it a good mix.

Next slice the rolls in half and butter. Throw under the broiler for a few minutes to toast. (don’t let them burn).

Once they’re done, preheat your oven to 350F degrees. Add the sliced cheese to the bottom buns followed by the burger mixture, and shredded cheese. Melt the other part of your butter. Add the top buns and brush with the butter. Season with the salt pepper garlic.

Put on a sheet pan and bake for 12 minutes. Enjoy.
