Bbq Cheese Stuffed Meatballs

Start off by preheating your oven or pellet grill to 250F degrees. Next grab a mixing bowl and add in the ground beef, onion, jalapeno, bbq sauce, crushed crackers, egg, worcestersire, and burger seasoning. Mix fully. Then take a small amount of the mixture and flatten in your hand. Add a chunk of mozzarella and form into a meatball. Place them in the freezer for 15 minutes. Once chilled, place on a rack and add some more seasoning. Throw on to cook at 250F degrees for 30 minutes. Brush with bbq sauce, and cook for around another 30 minutes. Enjoy.
