BBQ Chicken Bacon Ranch Bread

1: Preheat your grill or smoker to around 450F degrees.

2: Season the chicken thighs with 3-4 tablespoons of Sweet Preacher BBQ Rub.

3: Grill the chicken on both sides to get a nice char.

4: Slide the chicken thighs over to indirect heat and slather both sides in BBQ sauce.

5: Cook until they reach an internal temperature of 175F degrees.

6: While the chicken is cooking, sauté the onion and jalapeños in a little butter or oil.

7: Once the chicken and veggies are done, mix them in a bowl with half of the cheese, chopped bacon, and more seasoning.

8: Add BBQ sauce and ranch to the mixture and fully incorporate.

9: Hollow out the center of the loaf of French bread and fill it with the mixture.

10: Top with the remaining cheese and bake in the smoker, oven, or over indirect heat at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

11: Top with BBQ sauce, ranch, and chives. Enjoy!
