BBQ Hand Pies

1: Preheat your smoker to 250F degrees.

2: Dump the cans of baked beans into an aluminum pan and smoke low and slow for an hour.

3: While waiting, cook the bacon and then chop up your meat of choice and shred the cheese.

4: Once the beans are done, mix in the meat, bacon, and cheese into the baked beans thoroughly.

5: Grease each tin of an oversized muffin pan with butter.

6: Cut out your pie crust, making a larger circle for the bottom and a smaller circle for the top.

7: Form the pie crust into each tin and load them up with the mixture.

8: Top with the smaller circle of pie crust, crimp the edges together, and cut small slits in the top.

9: Bake in the smoker at 400F degrees for 20 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 350F degrees until desired doneness.
