Caramelized Onion and Roasted Garlic Bread

1: Preheat the oven to 425°F.

2: Prepare the garlic by cutting off the top of each head, adding salt and olive oil, then wrapping in foil and baking for about 40 minutes.

3: Caramelize the onions by heating a pan over medium heat, adding onions and 5 tablespoons of butter, cooking for close to 45 minutes.

4: Mix the softened butter, roasted garlic, parsley, and caramelized onions to create the compound butter.

5: Spread the compound butter over each half loaf of bread and top with grated Parmesan.

6: Bake the bread in the oven or smoker at 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes.

7: While the bread is baking, fry the prosciutto at 325°F until crispy.

8: Once the bread is done, crumble the crispy prosciutto over the top and drizzle with hot honey.
