Chili Cheese Dip

Start off by adding the ground beef, onion, garlic, and chili seasoning to a 10 inch cast iron skillet and cook down over medium heat. Once cooked down, add the tomato sauce, and beef broth. Simmer and reduce for around 10-15 minutes. Next add the cheese and throw in the smoker at 250F degrees. After 30 minutes, add the milk to thin it out a bit, and let cook another 30 minutes to absorb more smoke. Top with pico, crema, and jalapeno slices.
