This Crack Burger Patty Melt was epic! It features ground beef, bacon, cheddar, ranch mix, and sour cream, grilled to perfection on a Carbon Steel Griddle. It's served on brioche buns with Swiss cheese and an onion slice for an unforgettable meal.
Preheat your griddle to 425F degrees.
Mix together the ground beef, bacon, cheddar, ranch mix, and sour cream until fully incorporated.
Form the mixture into 1/4 pound balls.
Grill the onion on the griddle until it has great color and is cooked through.
Give each meatball a HALF smash on the griddle. You can go full smash, but they fall apart easily.
After flipping the patties, top each with Swiss cheese and let it melt.
Stack the patties and move aside.
To assemble, place your bottom bun face down, followed by Swiss cheese, sauce, burgers, onion slice, more sauce, cheese, and the top bun inside out.
 SMASH. FLIP. SMASH. Enjoy!
