Garlic Bread Cheesesteak Sliders

1: Roast the garlic by slicing the top off 2 heads, sprinkle with salt, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in tinfoil, and bake at 400F for 45 minutes.

2: Make the compound butter by mixing softened butter, roasted garlic, parsley, and seasonings; refrigerate until use.

3: Prepare the cheese sauce by melting 4 oz of shredded american cheese with 1/8 cup of milk.

4: Preheat the griddle over medium-high heat, slice the veggies, add oil, and grill the onions and peppers until desired tenderness.

5: Add shaved ribeye to the griddle, season with salt, pepper, and garlic; once nearly done, return veggies and mix in 8 oz of shredded white american cheese.

6: Butter each half of the slider buns and brown on the griddle.

7: Assemble sliders with the meat and veggie mixture, cheese sauce, and provolone; top with the other half of the bun and grill to melt.
