Garlic Bread Pizza

Start off by setting the butter out to soften and preheat the oven to 425F degrees. Slice the top off the head of garlic. Drizzle with olive oil and add a pinch of salt. Wrap in tin foil and throw in the oven for about 45 minutes. Once that’s done, add the butter to a small bowl. Squeeze out the roasted garlic and add some parsley and salt to taste. Next slice the bread loaf in half lengthwise, and paint each half with the garlic butter. Put in the oven or smoker at 400F degrees for 5-6 minutes. After cooking the bread, add the sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. Then put back in the oven or smoker for another 8-12 minutes. Top with Hot Honey and dig in.
