Garlic Bread Steak Sliders

1: Start off by roasting the garlic and shallot. Cut the top off each head. Salt generously and add olive oil to the tops. Wrap in foil and roast at 425F degrees for 45 min.

2: Mix up the garlic butter by adding softened butter, 1 head roasted garlic, the roasted shallot, parsley, salt, and pepper into a bowl and mix until fully combined.

3: Make the aioli by combining the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Set in the fridge for the flavors to combine.

4: Fire up your griddle to high heat and while you wait for it to come up to temp, season the steak. Once the griddle is ready, sear the steak on both sides and set aside to rest. Next cook down some onions.

5: Butter all slices of bread and start assembling: Provolone, fontina, steak, sauce, onions, more cheese, and top slice of bread.

6: For grilling the sliders, cook on a lower heat to avoid burning the bread. Place the sliders on the griddle and put the lid on your grill to help melt the cheese. Once the cheese is melted, they're ready to serve up.
