Grilled Cheeseburger Sliders

Start off by making the sauce. Mix the ingredients and place in the fridge for the flavors to combine.

In a pan or on the griddle, make the bacon jam. Cook down your bacon and set aside.

Cook down the onions, then add the bacon back with brown sugar, maple syrup, and vinegar. Mix and stir often until you get a jammy consistency.

Season the sliders and grill over direct heat for about 3-4 minutes per side, depending on how you like your burgers. Add American cheese to melt.

Place the slider buns face down on a griddle to get nice and crusty.

Assemble the sliders. Bottom buns get laid down inside out, followed by sauce, burger, bacon jam, more sauce, and top buns inside out. Smash them down and enjoy!
