Honey Garlic Southern Fried Ribs

1: Pat dry your ribs.

2: Liberally season your ribs on both sides with the honey garlic rub.

3: Smoke on indirect heat at 225°F until the ribs reach 170°F-180°F internal temp.

4: Slice ribs and put in fridge to cool all the way down.

5: Crack 1-2 eggs in a bowl along with buttermilk.

6: Add flour to a different bowl and season.

7: Double dredge by dipping each rib in the egg then in the flour and repeat.

8: Fry your ribs until golden brown.

9: For the glaze, in a saucepan on medium-high heat, add all ingredients and stir constantly.

10: Bring to a boil, then turn down to a simmer and stir until reduced by 1/4.
