Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich

Start off by brineing the chicken. Just throw the chicken thighs into a bowl with seasonings, hot sauce, jalapeno juice, and buttermilk then let sit in the fridge for at least an hour but over night is best.
Next add the honey, jalepenos, crushed pepper and apple cider vinegar. Bring to a simmer, let cool and strain.

Next add flour and seasoning together and mix. Coat each piece of chicken and and fry until golden brown.
Lastly assemble with a toasted bun, mayo and pickles.
