Lemon Pepper Chicken Skewers

Cut each chicken thigh into about 8 equal sized pieces.

Place the chicken pieces in a bowl and add a little oil to them as a binder.

Add a generous amount of Lemon Pepper to the chicken and fully incorporate.

Stack the chicken on skewers and place them in the air fryer at 400°F for 13 minutes.

While the chicken cooks, mix the butter, hot sauce, sugar, and more Lemon Pepper to make a sauce.

Once the chicken comes out, brush it with the sauce and flip it.

Put the chicken back in the air fryer for about 12 minutes, aiming for an internal temperature of 175°F.

After finishing, you can brush with more sauce or enjoy as is.
