The Couch Potato

1: Preheat the oven to 400°F and roast garlic heads for 45 minutes.

2: Prepare bacon on a sheet pan with brown sugar and red pepper, and bake at 375°F for 23-25 minutes.

3: Make the sauce by blending the roasted garlic into mayo and refrigerate.

4: Slice sweet and russet potatoes thin, soak in water, then pat dry and fry until golden brown, salt immediately.

5: Preheat a pan, cook the burger patty, seasoning and basting with butter and garlic until desired temperature.

6: Cook onions in the same pan with butter until softened.

7: Assemble the burger: Bun-Sauce-Lettuce-Chips-Burger-Cheese-Grilled Onions-Bacon-Sauce-Bun. Enjoy!
