3: Make the sauce, blending roasted garlic into the mayo, and refrigerate.

4: Slice sweet and russet potatoes thinly and soak them in water until ready to fry. Pat dry before frying to a golden brown.

5: Preheat a pan over medium heat, season the burger patty, sear it, and baste with butter and roasted garlic.

6: Cook the onions in the leftover pan until softened.

7: Assemble the burger with the bun, sauce, lettuce, chips, burger, cheese, grilled onions, bacon, and top with sauce.
